Free clones of classics like Arkanoid or Breakout are never enough as long as they are of course made to a good standard. You can't ignore the free Zetanoid project, which adds a new dimension to the well known gameplay. Quite literally, because the action was transferred in 3D, with all this wise decision of consequences.
A simple change, and the fun at the computer gets blushing again. The aim of the game has not changed drastically. At the bottom of the screen we have a pallet, with it we bounce the ball, which in turn must destroy all the blocks in a given stage.
The third dimension, supported by quite realistic physics of objects, allowed for unprecedented arrangement of elements. We do not remove flat patterns, but entire structures, from towers to more complex locks or fortresses. Correspondingly hit, they will collapse nicely downwards.
Nowhere have special blocks been denied. The cloths hiding some power are clearly marked with a letter, so you know if the pallet will extend after them or when you can count on rockets or splitting the ball. However, you should pay close attention to the sometimes appearing disturbances.
They don't take away life, but they can suddenly and unexpectedly change the angle of reflection. Zetanoid is fully supported by the mouse.
