xVideoServiceThief is a very interesting, open source and multi-platform program for downloading video materials from almost 80 websites, where users from all over the world publish their videos - including YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Video MySpace, Blip and many others. The program supports HTTP, RTMP and proxy protocols, allowing you to convert any downloaded video file to the most popular formats: AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, WMV, MP4, 3GP and MP3.

Unlike competing applications, it offers features that allow you to download multiple files at once, resume downloading, queuing, parental protection (against adult services) and scheduling, so that the program will work when you're not using your computer, without disrupting your work. xVideoServiceThief has a built-in video search engine, which, from the application level, allows you to search the resources of the supported sites for materials of interest to us. It also supports the drag-and-drop method.

The program is very easy to use and offers a user-friendly interface, available in the Polish language version.
