XLaunchpad is a free application bringing to Windows center immobilization created like Launchpad known from Mac OS X Lion. The application does not offer too many functions, and its main task is to manage access to the locations and programs installed in the system. XLaunchpad displays a list of application shortcuts on the entire desktop, which can be freely modified by drag-and-drop method.
To run XLaunchpad, simply go to the icon available in the system tray, double-click on the desktop or use the F12 keystroke. From the program settings, the user can, among other things, disable automatic start with Windows, activate full screen mode, change the animation mode of application appearance, select the size of margins, icons or icons in line, hide subtitles under icons or add XLaunchpad to the context menu of the system. Other interesting features available in XLaunchpad include support for multiple monitors, the ability to set your own desktop background with the option of artistic blurring of graphics or the addition of the shortcut "send to...".
