XenConvert is a free tool for converting VMs to a format compatible with Citrix virtualization solutions (V2V), as well as for converting a physical system to a virtual machine (P2V). In the case of V2V conversion, the tool allows you to migrate entire VMware VMware machines running Windows or Linux exported in OVF format or individual discs saved in VMDK files. The source material can also be VHD discs and XenServer XVA templates.

The conversion may also include a system installed on a physical machine (P2V). As a result of the conversion, XenConvert creates a VM directly on the selected XenServer host or as VHD files. Everything is done using a convenient wizard in graphical mode.
