You used to play Scorched Earth, and then a series of Worms appeared. The computer fighters got out of the pixeled tanks and embodied the warrior earthworms fighting in various colorful arenas. Over the years, the brand has become so popular that it has been exposed to a mass of successive versions, not necessarily successful.
In the hearts of many players this is the prototype, so it remains in the first place, even to this day. It was not only about better graphics and music. First of all, the title provides great fun and used to be one of the most often chosen by PC fans for home meetings.
They shared teams to fight until the last worm for dominance on a randomly generated map. The clashes consist of several seconds long rounds, during which time a given earthworm can change its position or shoot from one of the weapons. Little warriors don't move too fast and they jump quite low.
A hook line or bungee rope helps to get to a strategically located place. It's worth trying to position yourself in such a way that instead of having to slowly nail the life bar of the opponent's worm, throw it out of the screen or into the water with a targeted attack. This gives a numerical advantage, although it does not mean victory yet.
The situation is constantly changing. The trial version allows you to have fun on two players in two interesting sceneries. This allows us to remember what the phenomenon of the old hit was all about.
To have fun you will need to download and run the DOSBox program. We also recommend that you read the video tutorial on how to configure it correctly.
