Wms2Cad is a universal WMS/TMS client for CAD programs, which is used to display raster maps from the above mentioned services directly in the CAD drawing. The program allows you to connect to any WMS service, if the owner of the service has provided the public address of the service. Knowing the address of the WMS service, it is possible to define the connection with the service by means of a special wizard.

Less experienced users can use ready-made connection definitions, among which they can choose from dozens of predefined connections for various map services, including the most popular topographic maps and orthophotomaps from the Geoportal service and maps from the Open Street Map service. Wms2Cad works with CAD software such as AutoCAD (from 2000 to the latest version), AutoCAD LT (only with LT Extender or CadstaMax), MicroStation (from version 8.1: v8 2004 EDITION, XM, v8i, Connect Edition and derivative versions:

The new versions of IntelliCAD (from 2000 to the latest versions, including progeCAD, GstarCAD, ZwCAD, BricsCad and others). The tool offers the possibility of raster calibration in BMP, TIFF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, GIF etc. formats.
