Wipe My Disks is a free tool for low-level formatting of hard drives in your computer, which is distributed as a bootable media. The program allows you to effectively remove all partitions and file systems within any hard drive installed on your computer. Thanks to it, we will effectively and permanently delete all data stored on the disk, in such a way that it will not be possible to recover them.

Wipe My Disks supports S-ATA (SATA), IDE (E-IDE), SCSI, SAS, USB, FIREWIRE interfaces and supports most flash memory cards (SD / MMC, MemoryStick, CompactFlash, SmartMedia, XD). As already mentioned, the tool was made available as a bootable medium, which should be placed on the USB stick after downloading with a special tool for this purpose. Creators recommend using a data carrier with a minimum capacity of 1 GB.
