Free and easy to use program for converting the content of (S)VCDs into MPEG video files and vice versa, i.e. creating images of (S)VCDs, e.g. from selected MPEG files.
In addition, it is possible to convert MPEG files to DAT format, and even extract video streams from (S)VCD images recorded in NRG (Nero Burning ROM), CIF (Adaptec) and SFD (Dreamcast) formats. An additional feature of the program is repairing damaged MPEG files. When creating a VCD or SVCD, VCDGear gives you the ability to use multiple source files and divide the whole thing into several discs (if necessary) with a choice of 74 minutes of media at the same time.
