Uranium Backup Free is a powerful, yet free version of the much limited backup tool. The offered functionality allows for a very convenient archiving of valuable data for the user, as well as their compression, encryption with the AES-256 algorithm and password protection. At first glance you can see that the program was created with great attention to the smallest details.

Graphic interface available in many language versions (including Polish) is characterized by great simplicity and intuitive operation. All offered functions are easily accessible and despite many possible configurations remain simple to use and understandable for inexperienced users. The free version of Uranium Backup Free is equipped with tools that only allow you to archive data between local drives on your computer.

In addition, we also have a schedule of tasks to automate backups, a list of detailed logs, as well as the option of compressing files (maximum size of 4 GB) and protecting them against unauthorized use by third parties. A rich set of configuration options allows you to adjust almost all aspects of the operation of the program (e.g. archive names, whether hidden/system files are to be copied, etc.) In addition to the described free version, the manufacturer also provides a commercial version.
