TVersity is a multimedia server dedicated to Windows systems. It enables streaming between UPnP-compatible devices in the local network. The program supports such devices as Sony Playstation 3, XBOX 360 or Sony PSP.

The server automatically detects the device type and adjusts the stream format to the formats supported by the devices. The program uses the ffdshow filter, which is installed together with the program, to decode video content. Together with the server, a client is installed, by means of which the user can manage the media library.

The Pro version has been integrated into video services: Hulu, BBC iPlayer, Joost, CBS, NBC, The WB, TV.com, ESPN, NFL, MTV, VH1, Sling.com, IMDB.com, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Comedy Central, South Park, Marvel, The Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, E Online, TV4U, Amazon VOD.
