ToDoList is a small but powerful personal manager with the help of whom we can easily and efficiently organize our time. The program is good at creating simple lists of tasks, including single activities and more complex ones, created while working on projects. The application gives you the ability to create and view multiple task lists at the same time.

Within each of them we can create individual tasks and subtasks, divide existing tasks into smaller ones, set up notifications or send them by e-mail. ToDoList allows the user to define many different attributes associated with each task. It can declare the percentage level of task completion, the amount of time spent on the task or the remaining time to complete the task, catalogue and tag tasks, mark with different colors, etc.

It can also be used to define the level of task completion. ToDoList allows you to import tasks created in the Microsoft Outlook mail client. The lists can be exported to FreeMind (MM), GanttProject (GAN), iCalendar (ICS), TXT, CSV and HTML formats.

Importantly, the program allows multiple users to work on a project at the same time.
