Task Coach is a free task list manager (TODO list) written in Python. The program is available for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X and iOS. The Task Coach has been specifically designed to handle complex tasks.

If a task consists of many activities that need to be performed in a specific order, this program will do a great job. Additionally, Task Coach will help you to assign tasks to categories, add notes to them and define your budget. Of course, the Task Coach will notify the user of the dates associated with the tasks.

An interesting function of this program is to track the time spent on a given task and to determine the remuneration on the basis of hourly wages. The whole thing is enclosed in an eye-catching and quite flexible interface. Ready lists of tasks can be saved in the native system format, exported for iCal in ICS format and in HTML and CSV formats.
