SYSTEmSM is a program designed to support property management. It is intended for use both in large cooperatives as well as in small housing communities and housing management departments in city and commune offices. The application has a number of functions supporting the management of real estate.

SYSTEmSM offers the possibility of entering multiple housing communities into a single database, while maintaining a "hermetic" view and processing of data. Resident/landlord's files and apartment files are recorded separately. This allows you to add several different owners to the same property without having to duplicate your property's files.

The program also allows to mark information coded in the form of a barcode on printouts. With the help of the scanner you can read out the information from the rent book or direct debit in the cashier's window and automatically determine the unpaid documents for a given tenant. SYSTEmSM offers the function of billing meters for the period during which the price per m3 of water consumption or heating was changed.

In case of such a billing, the program calculates the actual consumption or heating on the basis of the average monthly consumption and then the applicable price. The settlement will also be carried out correctly in the event of a change in the amount of monthly advances charged. Settlement of media can be made on any day.

The draft programme was developed in cooperation with one of the largest housing cooperatives in Wrocław. Thanks to this cooperation, a program was created, which contains all the necessary functionalities supporting the management of housing resources. Importantly, the SYSTEmSM is adapted to the current legal regulations and meets the requirements of the Main Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection (GIODO) with regard to the protection of recipients' personal data filing systems.
