Strechly is an open-source, free tool for Windows, Linux and Mac OS operating systems, which will remind us of the need to take a break during everyday work at the computer. The application is very easy to use. We don't even have to configure it, making use of the default options.
However, there is nothing to prevent you from determining the length of short or long breaks yourself. The former may last only a few dozen seconds, while the latter "will allow us to leave the computer for a little longer. A user using the Strechly program can define what time intervals are to occur (e.g.
after two short breaks every 30 minutes we will organize a longer break lasting 5 minutes). If necessary, we can also bypass the selected break, but this is obviously not recommended, because the idea is for the user to rest from work on a regular basis. This option also works the other way round and if you feel tired, you will proceed to the next break.
