Songsmith is an unusual and at the same time extremely innovative tool for creating music, addressed mainly to amateurs. It allows you to create a musical accompaniment to songs based on the words we sing. Importantly, this process is fully automatic and the effects of the programme in most cases are fully sufficient.

Despite the lack of the Polish language version, the program is trivial to use and even the youngest users should not encounter problems with its use. It is enough that after starting the tool we will make the initial configuration, i.e. selection of the background music, mood in which we will perform the song, tempo, etc., and then we can start singing.

Songsmith, based on the voice recorded with a microphone connected to a computer, will automatically adjust most of the parameters of the background music to how we sang the song. After the recording we can listen to our song, and also make any necessary corrections. The program offers several basic background music from different genres of music, allowing the user to change individual instruments, among other things.

Songsmith also gives you the possibility to use your own instruments - just play a few bars and the tool will automatically process them as required. The result of our work can be exported to one of the popular formats - WMA, WAV or MIDI.
