The Fuel Depot is an extensive tool for managing the sale of coal products, which can also be used to operate a warehouse equipped with an assortment of any kind. Regardless of whether we sell coal products, fruit or other goods, this program allows for automatic calculation of stock, so that we always have the latest information in this area. If necessary, the tool will prepare a stock report from any day (for one product, a specific customer or a collective document).

It is also possible to make a remanent by calculating the value of the goods. The Fuel Composition Program contains a function of preparing a price list of goods (they can be divided according to CN codes), which may include any goods or services. It is worth mentioning the presence of additional functionality allowing for excise duty calculation.

Information about our customers is also important for warehouse management. The fuel composition allows to place data about private customers and companies in a special catalogue. After entering all the details, we will easily find the customer by typing his name, NIP or PESEL number (or the initial fragment).

In the case of larger companies, which store goods in several warehouses at the same time, it is possible to use one database via the company's network. The application offers the possibility of printing the necessary files. You can easily print out delivery, cashier and warehouse documents, as well as receipts, statements for the Customs Office, invoices and sales records.
