Sib Icon Editor is a user-friendly program for creating and modifying icons. Using the application you can also freely edit existing icons using the built-in tools and special filters, as well as take screenshots and manage the library of individual icons located on the hard disk. Sib Icon Editor allows you to create or modify icons for Windows Vista or 7 in 32-bit color depth of 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 128x128 or 256x256.

In addition, we can create icons by pasting any graphic file into the program, as well as export modified images to ICO, BMP, JPEG or PNG formats. The program is equipped with a clear and user-friendly graphical editor, in which we can design icons in various ways. Its resources could not be lacking tools to duplicate icons and add different types of text to them and convert graphics to any other format.
