SetACL Studio is a powerful Windows privilege management program. In one window you will get to the appropriate settings related to files, folders, registry keys, printers, disks, network resources and Windows WMI protocols. Operation of the application is simple.

For navigation purposes, the category tree in the left-hand side of the window is used first of all. All you have to do is to select the element you are interested in to modify and then click on it. Then, in the main window on the screen, the details of permissions assigned to a given resource or service will be loaded.

From here you can view, modify, delete and add completely new ones. Adding a new permission takes place in a new window, which, interestingly (and unlike the whole interface) is translated into Polish. When creating new permissions (especially those with a broader scope than the default), it is worth bearing in mind that this can be dangerous.

The subject of modifying such attributes in the system should be approached with caution and used only in justified cases and in a fully conscious manner. The trial edition was limited in time to 30 days of operation.
