Q-typing is a small application designed to teach you how to type quickly and visually on the keyboard. It also helps the user to develop the habit of correctly placing hands on the keyboard. The program offers 3 levels of difficulty, in which there are several lessons available.

Each of them allows you to master the introduction of different characters, both small sequences and longer texts. Q-typing measures the instantaneous speed of your changes, generating data and graphs of average speed. It also allows you to automatically stop the measurement if you have to leave the computer for a moment, for example, without interrupting the lesson you have started.

In the lower part of the application window, a preview of the keyboard is displayed, on which the characters you need to type are marked. This feature is mainly useful for beginners who would like to acquire visual input skills. The program also allows you to load your own text files, containing material that can be used to further improve your skills.
