Pinnacle VideoSpin is an application that allows you to quickly create movies (thanks to predefined settings also for iPod or PSP playback), process video from HD cameras, or capture video with Dolby Digital Audio sound. The program also offers functions such as creating different kinds of transitions between scenes, adding text, music or sounds in the form of sounds of animals, people, objects and much more. Undoubtedly, the advantage of Pinnacle VideoSpin is the ability to edit all materials in real time.

Ready projects can be exported to AVI, DivX, Flash, Real Media, MPEG and Windows Media formats. The new version of the program also offers the function of quick conversion and uploading ready-made files to services such as Yahoo! Video or YouTube.

In version 2.0 the possibilities of the program have been extended to support 3GP format popular in mobile phones (only in the paid version of the program) and direct import and export of QuickTime files from digital cameras. A set of SpinPack codecs (formerly Advanced Codec Pack) has also been introduced, which now includes AMR Audio and .mov support. The resulting files can be saved in formats supported by iPod, PSP and Real Media, as well as sent to YouTube in a panoramic image format.
