PDF Rotator is a tool for Windows operating systems to permanently rotate files saved in PDF format. It has a number of useful functions and an intuitive user interface. Using PDF Rotator is hassle-free.

Simply select the file, specify how to rotate the document (or part of the document, setting the page interval in advance), where to save it, and click the appropriate button to start the operation. Files saved in PDF format can be rotated 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise and 180 degrees when the document is displayed upside down. PDF Rotator also includes the option to rotate proprietary files and a batch mode that allows you to rotate up to 1000 documents at the same time.

Interestingly, if you rotate multiple files, you don't have to keep track of the progress - you can use the audio signal option to alert you when the process is successful.
