Office Tab is an extension to the Microsoft Office suite, which adds a card mechanism to its individual applications, identical to that used in web browsers. This extension allows the user to work comfortably with multiple documents, spreadsheets or multimedia presentations in one application window. The tab bar added by Office Tab is fully configurable.

From the settings level you can easily customize its position, commands invoked by the mouse, keyboard shortcuts, as well as style and coloring. Configurations can be different for each supported application. What's more, Office Tab allows you to create a list of favorite files, change their names easily and efficiently, as well as save selected documents, and so on.

The extension supports Microsoft Office versions 2003, 2007 and 2010, and its free version allows you to add a card mechanism to your Word word processor, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation software. The commercial (Enterprise) version also supports Publisher, Access, Project and Visio applications.
