OE PowerTool is an add-on designed to eliminate errors in Outlook Express 6.0, as well as expand its capabilities. The program is especially useful for people who use Outlook Express as a newsgroup reader because most of the fixes concern this functionality. Windows Mail under Vista and Windows 7 are also partially supported.

It is interesting to add that OE PowerTool was written by Grzegorz Niemirowski, one of the first people in Poland, who received the title of MVP (Most Valuable Professional).
