NPS Image Editor is an unusual graphics editor that combines the simplicity of the Windows Painto with many more tools, including filters, transparency and unusual brushes. The support is indeed similar to the one known from Microsoft's tool, but what is interesting, it does not refer to the latest edition, but older, still known from the times of Windows XP and earlier. The main toolbar is located on the left side of the screen and it is from it that we can draw basic shapes and brushes.
By default, the color palette is displayed on the right side. It wouldn't be possible to fill the program with additional possibilities if it wasn't possible to add many elements in the top menu in the bar. You will find here, among others, filter settings, the ability to add transparency, brush manager and manage color palettes.
The application can also be praised for its relatively short start-up time.
