The NotesManager is an extensive, feature-rich and easy to use personal organizer. The application is a continuation of the former version 1.0.2. The application is characterized by simplicity of use and great possibilities.

Its additional advantages are the personalization of many tools so that the program can be configured at will and each user can set the appropriate options according to their own unique needs. The NotesManager has implemented an extensive library of modules such as: calendar, notes, contacts, chronological events, schedule of the week, dates and anniversaries, album, name days, currencies, password safe, tasks and finances.

Each module has been made in such a way that its operation is easy and analogous to the other elements of the application. The advantage of the program is the lack of necessary installation (portable version) and a portable database in the form of an encrypted XML file. Thanks to this, the user receives an application that can operate on any data carrier, anywhere in the world.

In addition, the database is encrypted and it is possible to protect it with a password, which enhances the security of the user of the program. All data entered in the application is encrypted regardless of whether the database is password-protected or not. The NotesManager also allows you to create backup copies of saved data.

A great advantage of the program is the ability to operate multiple modules at the same time (e.g. calendar and contacts). These modules will automatically refresh their information when adding, editing or deleting data, so that the user receives a quick and convenient tool thanks to which he can set his work schedule, schedule of the day or plan trips, because all the information is found in the appropriate modules and can have all of them running at the same time.

The program contains a large number of options, but all of them are sorted in a thematic way so that the user will be able to easily manage subsequent configurations of the modules. These options enable advanced methods such as password protection of the database, autosave data, or protection of the password safe module against access by third parties. For ease of use, the program has been set by default to ensure high data security and to protect user data against accidental operations.

Of course, the organizer has a built-in module for automatic and manual notifications. This element in the application is extensive, but extremely simple. By default, the program takes into account all modules and as soon as a given event, task, birthday etc.
