no$psx (nocash Playstation PSone) is a PlayStation emulator for Windows. Unlike competing solutions, the application is based on the free PSX BIOS clone, which is often characterized by better performance in game emulation than the original version. Using the no$psx emulator we will be able to run most of the most popular titles released on the PlayStation.

These include Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, Tekken 3, Gran Turismo, Final Fantasy IX, ISS Pro Evolution, Chrono Cross, Metal Gear Solid, Gran Turismo 2, Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. no$psx supports all popular disc images including ISO, IMG, CDI, BIN, MDF and NRG.

Of course, the emulator also works with physical CDs. In addition, the program offers a screenshot creation tool, an ASCII file editor, a debugger and advanced options for viewing VRAM resources. no$psx not only allows you to use the free clone BIOS by default, but also allows you to run games using the original version created by Sony.
