Mesen is a NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) emulator, which also allows you to play NSF files on Windows and Linux operating systems. This tool is addressed to classic fans who would like to recall the best games released on the cult Nintendo platform, i.e. the already mentioned NES (originally known in Japan as Famicon).

Mesen supports not only the above mentioned device, but also allows you to run games released on the Dendy console. It is important to support the codes, which may prove useful, as many older titles have a high level of difficulty. Mesen supports more than 220 mappers (all licensed productions are supported) and allows you to define multiple video filters, customize the color palette, and even set the way the image is displayed.

It is also possible to record movies and sounds.
