MAGNETIC - HR and Payroll is an advanced payroll and HR program. It is largely configurable through parameter sets: individual, payroll group, company, global, payroll, registry, engagements, places of employment, cost locations.

The application supports most of the HR and payroll issues and has been designed to deal with the most complex cases that occur in Polish companies. The database is based on a free Firebird SQL server. Payroll and HR algorithms are included in the database in the form of stored procedures and triggers, which are also responsible for payroll and HR logic.

This ensures maximum efficiency, safety and substantive correctness. The functionality of the application is divided into 4 sections: Human Resources, Wages, DRA, Reports.

The data in the database are not overwritten, but added. You can therefore see the history of their changes. For example, an employee may have many periods of employment in the company, many changes in the size of employment, or other parameters.

MAGNETIC - Personnel and Wages allows you to serve many companies. In the program you can create multiple payrolls per month for one employee. ZUS and health insurance premiums are then correctly adjusted to a penny on each list, so that a month after export to the Płatnik program is processed in it flawlessly.

One of the unique functions is the possibility of simultaneous double employment of an employee. The program also has a built-in "PKZP" module for servicing two credit unions in the company. Also noteworthy is the User Permissions module, which allows you to grant or block permissions to all functions of the program (there are currently over 900 of them).

Access to privileges is from the system menu, which opens after clicking on the program icon (in the upper-left corner of the main window).
