LibreCAD is a typical 2D design software based on the popular QCad from Ribbonsoft. The programme has been launched in August 2010. The program offers all the tools you need to design, from editing shapes, through measures and text tools to the ability to attract shapes, advanced view zoom functions and interesting functions to modify existing objects.

Objects can be placed on layers and grouped. The program has the ability to use object libraries and open DXF files used in the industry and import raster graphics. Ready designs can be exported in raster formats or saved in DXF2000 or DXF R12 format, and fonts as LFF and CXF.
