ksara Faktury is an intuitive invoicing software dedicated to the SME sector. The advantage of the program is that it supports an unlimited number of sellers within one license. ksara Invoices allows you to issue VAT, VAT MP, VAT RR, proforma, reverse charge invoices, advance and final invoices, with a margin, as well as duplicates and corrective documents.

It is also possible to issue currency invoices with VAT value in PLN as well as bills and freely select the numbering system. There was no shortage of sales and payment records, so you can find outstanding business partners. The program supports currencies:

PLN, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, GBP, JPY and RUB. Prices of products can be given net and gross. Each seller can have several bank accounts assigned to them.

The program allows you to generate lists of documents and preview files prepared for printing. Many actions can be performed automatically. Invoices can also be sent by e-mail with a QR code for mobile payments and a separate company logo for each vendor.

The ksara Invoices program issues documents adjusted to the changes from 1 January 2014 and has the ability to generate a Single Control File (Scrutiny File). The demo version of the program does not allow you to print invoices. You can ask the manufacturer for a time license to test all functions of the program.
