Kitten Player is a free media player based on foobar2000, which allows you to watch, manage and download content from YouTube. Using this application should not cause any major problems to anyone. Kitten Player allows you to search for files and display results in thumbnails (like on YouTube), download selected songs to your computer's hard drive, and add your own songs to the playlist.

It is worth mentioning that when deciding to download the material, we choose whether we just want to download it, or immediately play or convert it from M4A (the default application format) to MP3. Kitten Player also includes a function to import a selected playlist directly from YouTube, which we can of course run with this tool. Interestingly, individual playlists are available as bookmarks, making it easy to switch between them.
