The latest version of Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC), which allows you to define the keyboard layout. It allows you to define the appropriate letters for a given language on the keyboard. A basic layout and a new defined layout can coexist together, and if necessary, a specific keyboard layout can be selected.
