Internet Download Manager (IDM) is a very popular program for downloading files from the Internet. Importantly, the tool integrates with most of the most popular web browsers - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari, Netscape, and so on. The Internet Download Manager offers a resume of the download process, dynamic file segmentation technology (to speed up the download), the ability to preview the content of zip archives, as well as the ability to schedule tasks and download content from sites such as YouTube, MySpaceTV, Google Video, and so on.

IDM handles proxy servers and FTP, HTTP and HTTPS protocols well. The advantage of the program is the availability of the Polish language version and a user-friendly and easy to use interface.
