Howard E-Mail Notifier is a small application that works within the system tray and informs the user about new messages in Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live.com, Zoho, GMail and other mailboxes. The tool is very easy to use and is the equivalent of e.g. Gmail Notifier for mail services provided by Microsoft.

It can periodically check the content of our mailbox and notify us of new correspondence in the form of pop-ups accompanied by an acoustic signal. The operation of checking the e-mail account can also be initiated manually by the user. Each notification contains information about the number of new messages, their sender and subject matter.

The application offers several configuration options, which allow you to customize the basic parameters of its operation. These include time settings (30 seconds to 5 minutes), what your mailbox will check, how long it will display notifications (5 seconds to 2 minutes), an icon in the tray, a default application to read a message (web browser or e-mail client) and a notification signal.
