Humanity fights a cosmic alliance of races, and on its way it falls into a mysterious installation in the shape of rings, whose destiny had yet to be known, discovering a terrible secret from thousands of years ago. The plot is surprising.

Compared to other 3D shooters of its time, Combat Evolved offers much more complex stages, which are often routed on board a very characteristic combat vehicle. The player is accompanied by companions controlled by artificial intelligence, who are doing quite well, while the inventiveness of opponents was also said a lot in the past. No wonder that Halo has become such a recognizable brand.

The trial version offers to play the whole extensive stage of the story, one of the most memorable levels in the whole game. It gives a big insight into the mechanics of the game.
