GOM Audio is a minimalist music player offering support for the most popular audio formats including MP3, M4A, OGG, WMA, WAV, MID, FLAC, APE and PLS. The most important functions of the player include built-in equalizer, playlist support, the ability to edit ID3 tags, change the speed of music playback (from 0.1x to 2.0x), sort the order of songs or use audio filters in real time. In addition to playing audio files on your computer's hard drive, the program also offers the ability to play radio streams transmitted over the Internet.

One of the most interesting options of GOM Audio is the ability to display the most important options (play, stop, pause, menu, etc.) from the system tray. By default, GOM Audio offers 3 different modes for displaying information about the song being played. From the settings level, the user can select the player skin, the font for the theme as well as the transparency setting of the main program window.

GOM Audio also has the option of automatically turning off, restarting or sleeping the computer after the playlist is finished. In addition, users of iOS devices can download a free app that allows you to control the player directly from a mobile device such as an iPhone.
