Giada is a free tool for handling samples or MIDI instruments designed for DJs, live performers and electronic musicians. Giada can be used as an application to play samples of songs and loop music, drum machine, sequencer and more. Using the program will certainly make it easier to define keyboard shortcuts, which will prove extremely useful during performances.

Also noteworthy is the minimalist, very legible interface, so that the tool should not pose the slightest difficulties to artists. The program is at an early stage of development and has an open program code. Thanks to this, users (e.g.

experienced programmers or contractors, who will take care of adding new functions or suggest introducing significant changes or corrections) can also take part in the application development.
