GetGo Download Manager is a free program for downloading files from the Internet. What distinguishes GetGo Download Manager from other such programs is the ability to download videos from popular sites including YouTube, Myspace, Google Video, MetaCafe, DailyMotion, iFilm/Spike and any other containing embedded FLV files. GetGo Download Manager also integrates with the most popular web browsers, including Internet Explorer, in terms of defining the priorities of downloaded files and their categorization.

In addition, the application offers the function of resuming interrupted sessions, logging in, importing and exporting page addresses (URL) and the ability to launch the application using the button or from the context menu. An interesting feature of GetGo Download Manager is recording multimedia streams by establishing MMS recordings and then playing them in an external player (e.g. Windows Media Player).
