Fresh UI is a good, free program designed to configure and optimize the operation of Windows. The application allows you to modify standard Windows application options (Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player, Ms. Hearts, NetMetting, Notepad, Outlook Express, Regedit, Job Harmogram, Windows Messenger, Windows Update), hardware settings (CD/DVD, mouse, processor, modems, printer, keyboard, power supply), as well as to remove traces of system usage.

Fresh UI is also able to make copies of current settings and restore them in case of problems resulting from inability to use the program.
