FreeUndelete is a very simple and free (for private use) tool for recovering lost or accidentally deleted data. It allows you to quickly and effectively restore data that we have deleted, e.g. by placing them in the system basket.

After a thorough scan of the contents of the indicated partition on the hard drive, the program displays a list of all recoverable data. It is up to you to indicate the items you would like to recover and the location (it must be on a partition other than the one with lost data) in which they will be saved. In the case of a large amount of searched data, the filtering mechanism, allowing only files and folders with specific names to be searched for, is helpful.
