fre:ac (formerly BonkEnc) is a simple tool for converting audio files between MP3, MP4/M4A, WMA, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, AAC and WAV formats. It allows you to convert not only single formats but also entire music libraries, containing hundreds of items, while maintaining the structure of files and folders. fre:ac is also equipped with the function of ripping the content of Audio-CD discs to MP3 or WMA format.

The program offers full support for Unicode and, what is important, it can use the potential of modern processors, thus significantly shortening the conversion process.
