Foto2Avi is a free application designed to convert photos (JPG, PNG, BMP) and video to AVI, MPEG or FLA format. In addition to the conversion function itself, the program offers the possibility to add a special effect to each photo in the form of a smooth transition or animation. Effects such as scattering, downward abrasion, blind, checkerboard and more than 30 others are available.
