Formicide is an arcade and action-packed free 2D shooter based on the convention of the famous Worms. It was decided to replace the cult robots here with ants, and to change the turn-based system of the game to real time struggles, which significantly affects the unpredictability and even greater attractiveness of the game. In addition to these innovations, 8 character classes (sniper, hunter, engineer, soldier, etc.) have been introduced to give each match a different character.

The individual qualities and abilities of the ants add different impressions each time, but at the same time they require a slightly different strategy and tactics in combat. The main concept of the game is still maintained, during the clashes lasting several minutes we try to eliminate as many opponents as possible with the lowest possible losses of our own. We also try to collect all possible bonuses, upgrade our class and pass further matches and gain new levels of experience.

Formicide is a very nice game, and the title, despite its simplicity, is fun, cheerful and provides a lot of fun.
