Evernote is a free tool for collecting all kinds of user-relevant data, available for Windows and MacOS X, as well as iPhone/iPod Touch, Blackberry and other devices working on the Android platform. The program allows you to store almost any files, and its built-in functions allow you to easily create new documents such as text notes, notes (created with the mouse), screenshots and many others. All elements entered by the user are saved on the computer, but also on the Internet account (free registration required) so that they are available from anywhere in the world.
A big advantage of Evernote is not only simple data collection, but also easy access to them - the program gives the possibility of commenting, describing and tagging each of the introduced elements, and itself contributes to their analysis and indexing, even before synchronization with counterparts stored on the Internet. The program integrates with a web browser and e-mail client and allows you to import data from MS OneNote 2007 and export to html, mht and your own enex formats.
