EssentialPIM Free is a free version of the application that allows you to manage time, contacts, notes and planned tasks. The program is fully synchronized with MS Outlook, it also offers import and export from HTML, RTF, CSV, TXT files as well as Outlook Express and TreePad applications. All data stored in EssentialPIM can be password protected and the database file encoded with one of the many available encryption algorithms starting with the standard AES (Rijndael).

The EssentialPIM Pro version also includes advanced backup support, multiuser support for a single database, synchronization with PocketPC or Smartphone. EssentialPIM Free is also available in a portable version, which can be stored e.g. on a USB stick.

This option is very useful when you want to access your data from any computer.
