The Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit (EMET) is a set of advanced risk mitigation tools designed to prevent vulnerabilities in software security. It contains a whole range of complex solutions, able to create special shields and hinder those who try to exploit software gaps. The program allows the user to manage the security settings of the entire Windows system and the software installed in it.

From its level we will change the configuration of DEP, SEHOP, ASLR mechanisms and SSL certificates, as well as we will create our own profiles, which will allow us to quickly and conveniently change individual settings in the future. EMET is also equipped with security configuration functions for each process and application. If any of the applications performs illegal operations, the tool will inform us about this fact or will completely close the relevant process.
