Easy Service Manager is an application supporting the activity of electronic equipment and commissions servicing. The program allows you to keep a file of maintenance services, containing a description of the defect and the course of repair, including a list of listed components, recording of service parts and accessories, as well as the purchase and sale of various types of electronic devices (printing fully completed commission agreements and purchase/sale directly from the program). The EMN also offers the possibility to generate Purchase and Sale lists for a selected period, any edition of contract templates, including acceptance/issue confirmations and attaching any file(s) (text files, images, etc.) to any service/commission/customer service.
The program is able to inform the customer about the repair status through an account created for him, where he can check the order online. The tool gives you the ability to work in single and multi-station mode, using a local database (Firebird).
