DoNotSpy10 is a small application that allows you to quickly change all of the privacy critical options available in Windows 10, allowing you to disable trackers and postpone automatic updates so that they are installed at a different time. The application is extremely easy to use: just install it, run it, then select the items to switch off and confirm.
