Disk Savvy is a basic but free edition of a tool for analyzing and visualizing data stored on hard drives, NAS servers and those located within the local network. With its help we will find out which data, as well as which types of data occupy the largest amount of free disk space. When you run the tool performs an analysis of the disk space indicated by the user - these can be single folders, entire partitions, NAS server carriers, FTP servers, resources shared by the network and others.
The result of its work is a list, where you can find a list of all files and folders (similar to Windows Explorer) with information on how much of the disk space each of them occupies. In the lower part of the Disk Savvy window there is an additional list catalogued with respect to file extension, size, creation date, modification or last opening. The program can also present the data collected during the analysis in the form of charts (circular or bar charts).
Data from the report can be saved as text files, HTML, CSV, XML, PDF or SQL files.
