Connectify is a free tool for Windows 7, acting as a software access point in the system. The program uses Virtual Wi-Fi technology implemented in Microsoft's latest system, allowing you to transform a laptop or desktop computer with a wireless network card into a Hot Spot, which provides access to the Internet to other devices on the Web. In practice, Connectify can simultaneously connect to the Internet using the same device and share it with other computers, laptops and telephones in range, thanks to the "virtualization" mechanism of the wireless network card.

Free Lite version does not allow for full Internet access from 3G/4G network, attaches to the SSID name of our network mandatory prefix "Connectify-", as well as is not able to amplify another wireless network (repeater function). It is also not possible to automatically select a connection that has Internet access and is to be made available - you must point to it manually.
